This is what i do to kill graspings, and it works 100%:
1)before luring them cast PS,then before your agro circle get in them cast SS and one of them and then HB.
2)renew your PS after the first wave of distracting blows[5-7 seconds].
3)when SS is recharged, instantly cast it on other grasping.
4)they dead

Im allways using the method and im never getting interrupted.

In Normal Mode, you don't even need the second SS

I do the same for the first 2 (PS -> SS -> HB -> wait, then cast PS again)

However, what I do is as soon as I get HB up (provided that you targetted closest one for SS cast), switch to Wailing Wand + Cesta build, tab once and attack, that one dies quicker, then tab again to last one. That way, the SS'd one dies "normally", while the others get help along the way

This way, you don't need the second SS

For the first group (4 of them), this should work again, but if one breaks aggro, you can easily tank by using the wand and casting PS+HB after every Distracting Blow.

im gonna try to contact one of you guys tonight, i blew 5k last night trying this. im taking a long bow as soon as i aggro the Attaxe(?) the nightmare pops up and im toast.

if anyone has a video of this that would help people too.

Here's what I do on Hardmode and it always works and I dont need a long bow.

1) cast your 3 enchants
2) switch to 105 hp w/ wand
3) if 3 atts are together it means 99.9% a nm will pop. walk up the stairs backwards. As soon as u get aggro run to good old benton and hide behind him. (run in to benton the way that your swerving to the right, when your hiding behind. hard to explain in writing. The whole point is so you avoid the att from coming on the other side were there is 75% chance that he will attack even if your behind benton).
4) Once the 1 att is stuck in front of him the nm's should be closing in.
5) let the nm rend enchants (once all 3 of your enchants are gone) quickly cast ps and hb. then ss and wand him to death.

OK ill give it another shot with those tips. question, has anyone noticed an increase in ecto drops in the UW? i may just be on a lucky streak but over the last two weeks or so i average at least one or two every time i go in (i have had one three and one four ecto runs this week alone) with my W/Rt.

Have fun in Vegas, i lost my a$$ last time i was there. i did see a gila monster when we were hiking through the desert though, that was pretty cool.

hmmm...new mini pet idea, maybe

Always wanted a gila monster for a pet.

Benton, Benton, Benton people. The run is ridiculously easy on normal mode if you know who Benton is. Once you clear the first 3 aatxe, the first chamber is a joke.

the easiest way is to start right and lure the 2 aatxes....
if a nightmare pops up you can run away before he can even strip your enchantments....
